As an Instructional Designer, I create training that isn't boring! I design with the learner and business goals in mind. To my core, I believe in the power of learning as a tool for transformation—both for people and for organizations.

​​​I am passionate about making the world a better place, so empathy, inclusivity and diversity are important functions of my design process.

I'm a CrossFit FANATIC, so you will find me at my favorite box 5-6 days a week. ​I'm also a huge nerd, so I'm a Star Trek, Star Wars, and MCU fan. ​I LOVE to travel and have visited or lived in more than 20 countries.
Experience
I work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to drive skill acquisition and behavior change. I've created training for
a wide variety of roles. By partnering with SMEs, and leveraging my research skills, I'm able to create expert training for many different roles and topics. So far that has included: Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Operations Leadership, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Accessibility, Marketing, and Construction Management.​​​​
Skills
I design and produce storyboards, scripts, training documents, job aids and videos, while ensuring all training materials align with brand standards.​

​​​​​Previously, I worked for almost 3 years at a tech startup. This provided me with experience in content writing, copywriting visual/graphic design, UX design, digital marketing, product management and product ownership. These skills have shaped me into a multi-faceted Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer.
