I'm Yoshika Lowe. I'm the first and only  Instructional Designer at System Pavers, the #1 installer of outdoor living systems in the US. I create training materials for the Design Staff,

Sales staff, Project Managers, Contact Center, Construction Managers, and Field Marketers.

 

I design and produce storyboards, scripts, training documents and videos, while ensuring all training materials align with brand standards. I work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to drive skill acquisition and behavior change.

 

System Pavers recently began a nationwide expansion. This has led to scaling its business technology as well. Thus, Systems Pavers is currently in the process of a company-wide D365 CRM and D365 ERP implementation. I create and lead D365 training to ensure all staff can skillfully use the new tech in their respective roles.

 

I am also a Project Manager for the L & D team. I manage all L&D software vendor relationships, which includes: vendor selection, contract negotiation, implementation and escalations. I serve as Project Manager for the company-wide implementation of Microsoft D365 CRM, and own the full project cycle for our new AI sales training software implementation.

 

Before it folded, I worked for over 2 1/2 years for a tech startup as the Lead Learning Experience Designer and Product Specialist. I was hired as a Learning Experience Designer,  but my duties grew to include: content writing, visual/graphic design, UX design, digital marketing, product management and product ownership. I have  experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product and marketing teams to achieve exceptional results.

​I am passionate about making the world a better place, so empathy, inclusivity and diversity are important functions of my design  and product management process.

I'm a CrossFit FANATIC, so you will find me at my favorite box 5-6 days a week.

​

I'm also a  huge nerd, so I'm a Star Trek, Star Wars, and MCU fan.

I LOVE to travel and have visited or lived in more than 20 countries.
