One of my favorite things in life is writing. I love to write to inform, to entertain, and to persuade. I have extensive experience writing for corporate internal and global audiences.
Writing to Inform, Writing to Persuade, Writing to Entertain
One of my responsibilities as Learning Experience Designer at The Green Book Project was to engage with our global audience about issues of inclusivity, intersectionality, racial, and gender equity. My goal was to inform our audience about these nuanced issues, persuade them to use our product, and to use an entertaining voice and tone.

I did this in short form copy for our social media accounts, as well as in long form pieces, some of which I posted on our company's Medium.com account.

Passion Projects
Did I say I love to write? A passion writing project of mine was the Christmas Advent site that I created and published for 10 years. Each post told the history of Christmas in a different country each day during Advent season.
Although I stopped updating the site, the archived site and blog posts can be found at: An Advent Celebration. That site inspired another passion project, which was my second cookbook. The first was a collection of family recipes. For this cookbook, I used the blog posts and artwork from my Christmas website.
Christmas Around the World Cookbook
I created a Christmas website because I love writing, traveling, and cooking (my dad was a chef).

​I've collected and tested hundreds of recipes over the 10 years that I published this site (Wix) and it's predecessor (Blogger) from 2012- 2022. ​​
My family asked me to compile a cookbook with these recipes. So I did!
​I created the cover art from my own Christmas decorations and I created most of the food photography myself!
