I created a Bag Book template for staff of The Green Book Project as part of our internal process for staff recognition, evaluation and performance review. The requirements were that this process allow staff to set goals and track their achievements. This would be used by managers during performance reviews. Also, as transparency was a company value, it  would allow future staff  to understand what success in the role looks like, ​

The Brag Books (housed in Notion) tracked the following metrics:

Goal setting, Recognitions, Accomplishments/

Awards/Achievement, Positive Feedback, and

Milestones​

Additionally, I created a Zapier/Slack/Notion integration that allowed team members to send High Fives (public affirmations) to other team members through Slack, which would automatically add the High Five  to the Notion Brag Book document for future reference.
