Case Study

FAQ Page-
The Green Book Project Website

Challenge

Some busy brides/grooms hire a wedding planner to organize their big event.

However, for the busy bride/groom wanting to plan their own event (or just wanting to be more organized as they interface with their wedding planner) this website will provide everything they need to stay on track.

Solution

This website provides the budget minded bride or groom a way to find vendors and venues easily by allowing filtering by price before requesting a quote.

Challenge

As The Green Book Project  grew, we received many of the same questions on a regular basis. The CEO wanted to address these questions by creating an FAQ page on The Green Book Project website.

Goal

  • Address user questions in an easily accessible manner

  • Improve SEO

  • Provide more information about the app and best practices when using it

  • Improve user experience

Solution

Create a web page that answers the questions we receive the most--- an FAQ page.

Note

Due to confidentiality concerns, the complete case study cannot be published here.

Paper Wireframes

Wireframes

We decided on a simple layout for the FAQ page which would be a drop down menu type box for each question/answer. As with all of The Green Book Project web pages, there would be a hero image at the top.

Digital Wireframes

I created a digital wireframe from the paper wireframe. This uses the same information architecture as the paper wireframe.

Mockups

I created mockups of the page, with the intent of making it look similar to the Guide page

After getting feedback, I changed the design according to the new specifications. There were several iterations. The final iteration included adding an image in the footer with CTA, socials icons, iOS and Android App Store badges.
