As the Instructional Designer for System Pavers, I create staff development and training. Technology implementation requires job aids that are easy to understand and to use.
Dynamics 365 Implementation Training
​Some of the job aids created for D365 CRM and D365 FO were Quick Reference Guides (QRGs). I decided to use Tango, a documentation tool that screen captures content and creates step-by-step guides. These guides were then hosted on the SharePoint site.

​My team and I created QRGs for the following roles: Contact Center Reps, Sales Managers, Design Consultants, Construction Managers, Construction Coordinators, and Project Managers. The screenshot is a QRG for Contact Center Rep. ​
